What the frick. Turbine deleted Sith, Bruticus and Kevlin my archer some bull hockey!
Seems it is a problem with a recent patch. Sent in a help ticket. Hope it doesnt take forever since AC staff is split between Ac1 and Ac2

The recent changes are weird. Og mage complete at level 21, instead of level 26. The facility hub makes cor quicker completion of quests from level 10 and up.
