I wanted to be the first to wish FWH and all of our guild members and allies a very Happy Thanksgiving. May you be surrounded by friends and family that love you and that you love this holiday season. But more importantly, may you be surrounded by friends and family you also want to have around!
This time of year always makes me long for home, and the wonderful family that I had growing up. We were all very tight, and there were a lot of us. We would all gather at my grandparents home and there would be more food than could be eaten by an army. It was a wonderful time with many happy memories of family gatherings, incredible food, and a lot of love.
I'd also like to give my personal thanks to our military service members who may be in harms way this Thanksgiving. Please keep them in your thoughts as well, for they are deeply missed on holidays such as this.
