How are our midwest folks doing? Texas and Oklahoma have been hit with some pretty nasty stuff the last couple of months. Just want to make sure everything is ok with you folks.

The tornadoes that hit Texas were in the Northeast part of the state in the Dallas area, little over 200 miles north of Houston. To my knowledge every FWH'er in Texas is in the greater Houston area. So, as far as I know, we're all ok - storm wise that is.

My allergies keep kicking in every time I mow the grass. So that sucks.

My sister in Wichita spent the evening with her husband and 2.5 year old in a basement closet under a mattress last night. Fortunately, they got away with no storm damage, while Wichita racked up $300 million in damages overall.
We're supposed to be getting in here in St Louis in a couple hours. Should be exciting.
Nope. Definitely not exciting. The tornado sirens never even went off.
Thank goodness.
