Okay, so I logged in, and the game immediately told me I needed to transfer my toon to another shard. It did give me the option to not do that yet though, so I just logged in. I checked the guild roster, and my toon was the only one listed, and it showed that toon as the leader. So I went to check the guild bank, and there it all was... 3 vaults worth of stuff. Does anyone know if that guild bank and the guild itself will transfer with my toons, or if we'll have to start from scratch?
Actually, I'll just try the transfer... I'll join you guys on Deepwood, Z. If the guild transfers with me, I'll let everyone know and of course everyone can jump into the the guild with me of course!
Ah crap... okay so I clicked on 'Transfer' and in the server choice window that pops up, it says that the guild will transfer, but only if I empty the guild bank. I don't think I have enough space available on my toon, but if not I'll get whatever looks like the most important stuff.
Okay, so the guild (and bank) have been transferred. I wasn't able to transfer all the items, as I just didn't have the available space, so I sold what I couldn't transfer, and added the money back to the bank. Everything is in place for all to have some guild fun! We started Rift on the Defiant side, and that is where the guild still is, so if you have a Defiant toon on the Deepwood shard, and would like to be added to the FWH guild, send mail to 'Tethana', and I'll get you in the guild.
Way cool. Me and Ivan are on Guardian side but were going to make Defiant side toons as well. We have our usual "Evermore" guild on that side for our hanging out together alone times. Not that we're always unsociable it's just that I'm so busy during the week that we don't get as much time together to ourselves. We don't PvP much so you won't get many opportunities to kill me repeatedly, anyway. :p
