What method did you use to purchase the game? From what retailer?
Gilby, the email would have come from [email protected], it has your order number, along with the product ID and Serial Number for your purchased software. From there it has instructions on how to 'Redeem Your Product Registration Code' online.
This is assuming you purchased this directly from Bioware (Origin) for a digital download copy. If you purchased it from another online retailer then it couldn't be for a downloaded copy - that was only being done thru Origin. Any other retailer would be selling a DVD Disc copy that has to be mailed to you if purchased online.
I got it from bioware on the actual site. However I left that page that had the Product Registration Code and I have not seen that info anywhere in my email list
Contact their customer support. I believe they have a page dedicated to that very issue.
I got everything taken care of yesterday, the only problem I have right now is the basic dsl I have which makes for very slow downloading

Good stinking grief, how big is the file?? I already dl'ed 13+gigs now there is another 4.7gigs, I'll never get this game going, sheesh 
Total download before patches was 22gigs, and there have been 2 patches that I know about. Perhaps you should have gone with the mailed disc version instead of digital download. DSL's 1.5mb is not very fast these days.
