I'm thinking about grabbing a new mouse my current one has only one alternate button which is pretty limiting as far as key bindings I'm thinking about grabbing a Naga but I'm curious what you guys like.
I use the WoW gaming mouse from Steelseries. I think it has like 15 buttons or something. I am still teaching myself to utilize them. I enjoy the mouse but it is a little on the big side, so if you have smaller hands it is not a good idea.
I'm still using a 10 year old Microsoft trackball. I just can't see it surviving too much longer, so I will probably be in the market for a gaming mouse as well soon. I've looked at the Naga, but I'm not sure if I want that many buttons.
I used a 5 button microsoft laser mouse with a scroll button. Jeep "gave" me a trash can full awhile ago. 
O btw. I actually got to use the naga razor at a best buy store when they carried them. They are great. Very easy as far as learning curve goes and the mouse feels good.
Still using a Trackball explorer 1.0
Not sure what i am going to do when this one finally breaks. I have tried several other devices but nothing feels as good as this thing and sill gives you all the options and pinpoint control it does.

I've had a Naga since last christmas and I love it. Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to really work it in WoW since I quit shortly after receiving it. No word yet however (that I've seen) on whether we'll be able to use the extra ctrl buttons in SWTOR.
I use a 5 button Microsoft mouse ( same as G the mouse overload ) when healing in WoW, and also the 3 button HP mouse that came with my computer. Yes I have 2 mice hooked to my computer.
I have a G700 from Logitech. Love it!
Logitech G400 currently using. The mouse button in front of the scroll wheel is in the perfect place for critical actions.
Favorite was my Cyborg R.A.T.T 7. Sadly, it suffered a tragic end from several bouts of high velocity impact trauma. Was a tough little mouse though!
Naga, please - standard 5 button laser all the way.
